Thought I’d report that I am planning to offer fresh pasta on our menu real soon!  That’s right, fresh pasta made in the Dancing Women kitchen.  Tagliatelle, Spaghetti, Fettucini.  And Ravioli!  Stuffed with fillings such as Porcini Mushroom and Butternut Squash.  I am totally in love with Marcella Hazan, the most inspired Italian cook and author.  Bravissima!
